Request deletion of your data

Email privacy@ontfly.ai from the email address associated with your Ontfly account. Use the subject Data deletion request and include your account email and, if applicable, your Ontfly business name or ID.

We may ask you to verify account ownership. We respond within 30 days. Once verified, we close the account or disconnect the requested Meta integration, revoke its access, and delete associated operational data and connected-account tokens within 30 days.

This includes Meta account identifiers, encrypted access tokens, imported profile or Page metadata, ad configuration, and other personal data linked to the requested account. Disconnecting Ontfly from your Facebook settings also revokes future access, but email us to request deletion of data already stored by Ontfly.

Billing, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where required by law, as described in our privacy policy. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
